Unlikely as it sounds, we are a partnership of two lawyers - brothers Rob and Bruce Davidson and an accountant, Peter Murphy, who set about creating a different kind of recruitment company. We were founded in 1991 on a very simple principle: if people work in jobs they love, their lives are a whole lot happier and more fulfilled. It’s a philosophy we live on a daily basis, with our own team. Our leaders know that their principle role is to make their people happy. It makes for a fun and productive workplace.
This philosophy still guides us today, even though we’ve grown to become one of the largest and most successful recruitment companies in Queensland. We’re still owned by hands-on managing partners and staffed by a dedicated group of people. And we’re all passionate about helping others find truly stimulating and fulfilling employment - people who in turn bring genuine enthusiasm, commitment and drive to the organisations they work for.
It’s a formula that’s proved highly successful, as evidenced by the fact that many of our jobseekers come to us through word-of-mouth recommendations from friends or colleagues we’ve placed previously.
